Last computer scan not updating

I have read here on the forums that there is issues with the schedule scans at the moment and that AVG is working on it, I have AVG Internet Security Unlimited on four machines and at least on two of them schedule scans are not working.

But I have another problem I think might be related to this so I'd like to have that confirmed if possible.
On both the PCs I have run manual scans but the "last scanning" doesn't update it keeps saying it's 19 days ago even after computer restart.

I'm not entirely sure it's called "last scanning" my PCs non-English.

They're both Windows 10 64-bit Home fully updated

The two machines where at last scan does update is a Windows 7 64-bit professional and Windows 10 64-bit professional.

And a quick question that just occurred to me, if I have a big game, one of those you need to install like the Sims 3 or Fallout 4 running on the PC will that keep schedule scan from running?
It didn't with the old AVG´s.
