Please be informed that the last scan and update of AVG appearing incorrectly on its interface is the known issue.
Please reinstall AVG Antivirus free using AVG removal tool as mentioned in this article: https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product .
NOTE: If no AVG program found for removal click on "Run Anyway" to proceed with the removal.

Running AVG Antivirus Free(current version 17) on my laptop(Windows 8.1) …
Last computer scan & Virus definition fields always display  "a few seconds ago" .
Ran Repair several times but didnt correct issue. How do I correct it so these fields show the actual date and time?
