Hello Nick,

The "last computer scan" will get updated only when the scan is performed by clicking on "Scan Computer" button available on the program interface.
It will not get updated for other scans like (File & Folder, Deep and Schedule).
Perform the scan from the option available on the interface and check the status.

Hi

We have carried out complete  computer scans on our computers but the tag on the bottom of the screen keeps showing " Last Computer Scan : Never"  can this be a setting or is it a problem that needs fixing ?
