I understand that "Last scan" status shows incorrectly from AVG on your computer. This issue was reported as bug and will get resolved in next update. Your patience is much appreciated.
I also have performed several different types of scan several times during the last week but but the message still keeps adding days 'Not Scanned 'I believe my AVG has updated itself several times during the same period without correcting the Last Scan period. What can I do to get it to register correctly?
I have scanned my computer twice in the last 72 hours, but the message says it hasn't been scanned since 14 days ago. What's going on?

This issue will be fixed in the upcoming version of AVG program. I would like to assure you that this issue does not affect the functionality AVG program in anyway.
