I have received, read and tested the recent pctuneup. The only problem is that when opening "menu" I don't see anything and nothing opens either. So I can't find "settings-browser" and the rest either. What am doing wrong ?
Sorry forgot to ask:
Is there maybe an update to download ?

Hello Jean,

We are sorry for the confusion. Let me provide you the correct link to check your original post. https://support.avg.com/answers?id=9065p0000000mfy

As you are unable to access menu in AVG Tuneup, Could you please confirm whether have you tried to reinstall AVG Tuneup program?

If not, please follow the below article to resolve the issue with AVG Tuneup :

Troubleshooting when AVG AntiVirus or AVG TuneUp fails to load (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Troubleshoot-Embarrassing-UI-Failed-load)

Please try the above steps and let us know if its help you.

It seems that my problem is resolved:
To remove pctuneup I used Windows. Before removing I tried "repair".
After the recovering I restarted pctuneup and it seems that I get also the menu updates.

Do I have still to reinstall ?
Thanks for helping.

Thank you for the information, Jean.
We are glad to know that your issue has been resolved.
Could you please confirm the version of AVG TuneUp program being installed on your computer?
If it is the latest version of 21.4.3493.3990, then you don't have to reinstall AVG TuneUp.
Thank you and please keep us updated.

When I try to open the link to uninstall I get following page:"We"ll be right back" without following instructions.
So do I uninstall using Windows 10 to detete  ptuneup.

But I will have the same "screenpage" (we'll right back" problem to reinstall. So before starting both can yousend me de correct link to execute unistall and reinstall.

I have installed avgtuneup on several computers and now have the same problem everywhere as explained in my first note.
My question: why can't I open anything in "menu" anymore and I get a black rectangle without text (?) did you perform that update automatically and did it cause me those problems in tuneup?

Can you help me ? Which is my original note ?

Thanks for helping.
The services status was already running so that was not the problem auto and I also restarted testerday differend times my computer without pctuneup giving a result.
So I will now uninstall and reinstall.

OK ?
