To check the version : Go to control panel - Programs - Programs & features - version would be listed beside TuneUp.

I have received, read and tested the recent pctuneup. The only problem is that when opening "menu" I don't see anything and nothing opens either. So I can't find "settings-browser" and the rest either. What am doing wrong ?
