Latest update from AVG Tune up stops my laptops from opening and finding the Microsoft files?

While waiting for AVG Tune Up developers for 2 days to debug, I am wondering if anyone experienced the same issue and successfully resolved this issue.

I have tried to enable Microsoft program from the Rescue Center of AVG Tune up and I have reinstalled the Microsoft or uninstalled the AVG Tune up. Nothing helps.
