Latest Update to AVG CloudCare agent preventing printing on Windows 8.1

With the most recent update to the AVG I'm experiencing lots of problems when I want to print. My operating system is Windows 8.1 getting printing errors such as PCL XL Error… or illegalTag

Has anyone else run into this problem?

Please Help…
