You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
I did a scan about a week ago, and today it told me I hadn't done it for a month, and highlighted in red. So I scanned again, but still the same. So I closed it down and then reopened, and scanned again, but still the same. what can I do?

Thanks for your reply - but here is my problem with sending an image. I can see the mountain symbol, and I have clicked on it and I can see that it can be used to add an image - but I am unable to get an image of the AVG screen. I have tried, but don't really know how to do this - I don't have a mobile to take a photo, and my PC will not let me select the area. I am afraid I am not a skilled user as I just use PC to send and receive a few emails ans make the occasional small purchase. I am therefore unable to send you the image.

Thankyou for your reply, but I have no idea how to pick up an image of my screen - it just won't let me, and I have tried and failed before to send AVG images of things. I'm afraid that I am not skilled in pc use, and just use it for a few emails, and the occasional small purchase - nothing else. I don't have a mobile either, so I am really struggling!
