Launcher3 may be malware in android 5.1

Hello to everybody. Sorry for my english.

Recently, I purchased a brand new Ulefone Paris running android 5.1 lollipop. I installed Avg antivirus for android and it alerts me that "Launcher3 maybe is malware". Note that Launcher3 is android' s system app and i have not download/install anything yet unless Avg antivirus for android.
Furthermore, I switched to Ibingo and again switched to Launcher3. After that, scanning my device with Avg antivirus for android the result is clear and it says that my device is safe.
Is my phone infected?
