it is becoming a trend for vendors like AVG to collect your money for a product, and not deliver the product. what is worse, there is abysmal customer service if at all it exists. you are referred to some "community forum" to search for answers rather than a dedicated channel to air and hopefully resolve your grievances.
I paid for AVG ultimate, and more than 24 hours later, I am still unable to install the product as I keep getting "Your AVG Ultimate subscription has expired".
AVG, kindly issue me a valid download link to install what I have paid for ages ago, or refund my money.
my computers are exposed, and if I suffer any security breach, I shall seek legal counsel.
