On July 18, 2013, i bought and paid $97.23 for TWO years subscription to AVG for 1-3 computers. It should have JUST expired as of FIVE days ago, on July 18th, of 2015 ...

Back in November of 2014, i got a renewal notice. Although i wasn't convinced my subscription was due just yet, i went ahead and re-newed my subscription, changing it slightly to AVG's Ultimate Multi-device for $89.99, for another year on December 26, 2014 - thinking it would be added ON to the END of the PREVIOUS subscription.

Apparently i was WRONG. The TWO YEAR subscription i bought in 2013 must have ended when i purchased ADDITIONAL coverage in December of 2014.

NOW i'm getting yet ANOTHER renewal notice - as if my subscription for ONE YEAR from DECEMBER is about to expire. As far as _I_ am concerned, i SHOULD BE just NOW starting on the AVG ULTIMATE multi-device subscription which SHOULD expire in July of NEXT year.

If i purchase minutes for my phone, i can add them to the minutes that are are still un-used. It doesn't seem to work that way with AVG's subscriptions.

NO!! I am NOT happy with AVG's billing practices!!!!

My question is: what is AVG going to do about the failure to add the EARLY subscription time to the OLD?
