Just did the Lexmark Service Center Diagnostics. My printer in not printing and is apparently locked up on a previous try to print (that didn't print) and that I "cancelled all documents"
In the Lexmark diagnostics it said to check with my antivirus/firewall vendor to find the "Access List"
Copied/pasted from Lexmark diagnostics:
Q: | Which Anti-Virus/Security software program is installed on your computer? |
A: | Other |
Q: | The files lxdxcoms.exe and lxdxwbgw.exe from the printer driver have been blocked. Allow access for these files for your printer to work properly. |
A: | OK |
Q: | If you do not know how to find the Access list, contact your antivirus/firewall vendor. |
