A new Lenovo 7i laptop with Windows 11. Installed and added key for my paid copy of AVG.
Libre Writer keeps hanging and I have to recover the document.
Today it has done so at least six times in the last two hours and every time when the screen clears there is an AVG notification about one non issue or another. (Yes, it's been a day or two since I scanned my computer, yes, I haven't cleaned junk for a few days, yes, there have been 20 tracking attempts from websites … )
I have to think that the popups are triggering the hang in Writer.
This does not happen on my Win10 desktop. I seem to recall AVG identifying Writer and some of my other common apps as "do not disturb". Is there a way to designate applications manually so I can eliminate the issue?
