I have just purchased a licence for AVG security but cant download it as there is incompatible AVG product(s) already on the laptop, I assume this is free stuff…what do I do ive got AVG free anti virus pop-ups appearing every couple of minutes driving me mad…will have to cancel license if i cant get it sorted
