We'd like to confirm that AVG Internet Security - Unlimited subscription is active and valid till 31st Dec 2020. Do you see any error or expiry message when you open AVG?

Hi Debbie, 

Let us know the version of AVG Internet Security (Open AVG > Menu > About) you installed. 

If you have the latest version of AVG (18.8 to 19.1), please open your AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My subscription. If you find your e-mail address, click 'Log out' and if you happen to see 'Remove license', click on that too. 

Once you encounter with 'Log in' option, enter your e-mail address and password to activate the product. 

Please reboot your PC to save the changes made. 

Keep us informed about the status.

Please check the file #06560778 this is second time that the subscription I have has been canceled.
