Licence number for paid for AVG driver updater

I have installed the Internet Security but it keeps telling me I am not protected and to keep restarting my computer? which i do but the same thing happens again?

I have restored my computer back to factory settings and lost all my AVG info, they have sent me two of the recently renewed items licence numbers but not the driver updates, can anyone tell me how I can get this info?

I understand this must be upsetting and I apologize for the inconvenience. I have sent you an email, please follow the email instructions to get in touch with the remote support. They will analyze the issue with AVG and fix it with free of cost.
