I have bought a new laptop, but when trying to download both AVG (general protection stuff) and also AVG PC- Tune up, it keeps saying that the licence number is invalid - I have purchased both packages (and they are in date) but for some reason the license numbers are not being recognised - I have entered them correctly, but after the fourth digit 'invalid code' comes up, when its not?!
