This is the second time I have asked this question.
Someone very kindly answered previously but, sadly, it seems impossible to reactivate my license number using the procedure as advised by AVG or Home Support. I can not locate the area 'My Subscriptions' to actually enter the license number.
I will have to cancel and ask for a refund as the setup is not straight forward or very user friendly.
