My problem still doesn't solved. Master told me to wait for reply by super experts but I still waiting…and my spam folder is empty too.

Hi! About month ago, I downloaded free trial version of PC TuneUp and about a week ago I paid for 1 year licence. But TuneUp wants me to buy licence ONCE AGAIN.
Of course, I logged in my account in PC TuneUp!
Uninstalling and re-install didn't help!
