I am really sorry to know this. I just went through your records and I see that you have upgraded the AVG internet Security program to AVG Ultimate on 2015.3.21. In this case, I would request you to uninstall the AVG program with the AVG Remover tool based on your OS (32-bit or 64-bit) to completely remove AVG and then Install AVG Ultimate with the email instruction.

Hi,
Sicne a week I get a CONSTANT message in the systemtray that my licence is due for renewal in OVER 180 days! I have to click this message away over and over again when I start my laptop.
I am a paying customer and do NOT want to be hastled with this sales info more than half a year before expiring.
Please how can I get rid of this message?!
I was a happy customer util now but get frustrated more every time I see this sales message…

Thanks for the answer.
I did exactly as you told, but STILL get the message that my subscription will expire in 180 (!!!) days.
Am I really getting this message every day for 180 days? In that case that would be a great reason NOT to renew anymore ever… verry customer UNfriendly.
