I apologize for the inconvenience caused. I would like to keep you informed that license numbers are case sensitive. So, all the characters are to be entered in Uppercase along with the hyphen symbol (-). Do you need the license number now and also could you please let me know the type of AVG product where you are trying to enter the license number in your computer so that it would be helpful for us to assist you better?

I kept being asked to renewed my AVG licence. I already got a new licence which was purchased in April 2015. When I copied and paste the licence number in it showed that the number is not recognised.
The computer is automatically shutting down whilst in use.
What should I do?
