Licence renewal

I understand how this must be upsetting.
I see that you have purchased the license for AVG Internet Security - 3 Users, 12 Months but there is a technical issue with the license which is the reason for the activation issue.
I apologize for the inconvenience caused and will assist further.
Since you have mentioned that AVG my account doesn't show your license details, I request you to provide the screenshot of AVG my account full page of "My Subscriptions" that shows your email address at the top.
I have sent an email for you to provide us with the requested screenshot.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
Once we receive the screenshot, will escalate the case team for fixing both license and AVG my account issue.
I renewed my AVG Internet Security a week ago. Whenever I enter the new licence number to reactivate nothing happens. I reinstalled AVG and still no good. Then checked to see what products were registered for me in AVG account. There is no mention of the NEW licence I have just received. The old licence (about to expire) is the only one listed.

Transaction has posted to my credit card so that can't be the issue.

I tried creating a Chat session and that went know where. ​Any thoughts on what to do?
