Upon checking your record, we see that your previous AVG Internet Security (1 computer) license had the auto renewal in active state and it's purchase date is 28/11/2014 and the expiry date is 28/11/2016.
We sent an email notification 30 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.
You recent auto renewed license purchase date is 13/11/2016 and the expiry date is 28/11/2016, as you can see that the left over days with the previous license period will always get added up to the renewed license period.

You have renewed my licence from 13/11, without my prior authorisation. I think current licence expires on 28/11. I expect you will you add the extra 14 days to renewed licence ?
