I have received an email from AVG saying that the licence for both my computers has been renewed automatically, however this does not appear to be the case as I keep getting pop ups saying that I am no longer protected and that my licence number is invalid.
As I have not been issued with a new licence number there is very little I can do about it.
I would be grateful if someone could rectify this for me.

I have checked your account details with us and found your AVG Anti virus license was renewed and we have sent you the invoice and new license number to your registered email address on 2nd April 2015. I would request you to check your inbox for the same. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder too. Please feel free to contact us should you need any further assistance.
