Hi Daphne,

We suggest you to follow the below instructions to activate AVG Internet Security with the renewal license number.

Open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > Click Logout/ Remove license (If you have that option) > Select Enter License number and then enter the renewal license to activate your AVG Internet Security subscription.

I have received a renewal licence number don’t know how to update I have no avg icon to click into ?
