Email rec'd said licence auto renewed. Thought auto was off, anyway price was more than double that of 2 years ago for 2 yr contract, and new price was one year only.
So after ages searching the AVG support site I got into an on line chat with a guy who said he could sort the problems. He arranged a partial refund which has been received, but other changes have not been done.
I tried to get back into the on line chat but I can't remember how I got in to start with.
How do I get to 'chat' to someone who can correct these renewal errors?
