Thank you so I will be able to reinstate the cover for the remaining 6 months without additional charge using the licence reference numbers I have?
Thank you for your information on the contracts I had thought that the contracts I had were current when I had prompts that cover was expiring hence this was renewed.
I am troubled to find that this was not the case and I renewed under a false impression so I will look into that and take that up as a separate matter.
Thank you for your responses and support, I will now hopefully get these two items back up and running.
