My license is going to expire in 7 days. 2 weeks ago, I went through to renew it. Nothing happenend. I got no emails at all with a new code. When I click on My account, and then subscriptions, it shows nothing. And when I go in my bank account, it shows that my payment never was taken out.
So how is this suppose to work? Is it automatically going to renew on the day of the expiration date and I get a new code? Do I need to try again and repurchase my product?
I'm just confused on this.
