License accepted in MY Account but I can't activate free Zen addition

I purchased AVG Protection Pro and downloaded it to my Windows 10 computer. I opened new account and included the license that was inside the box. I activated my account through the email link and software subscription for one year was acknowledged.  However, the downloaded zen program has my email address in the corner  but there is no way to activate the program to show that I purchased the program and extend my subscription to one year.  I have 29 days till this zen program comes to an end.  Also, MY Account does not show any purchase history. Help!!
