I am sorry to hear that you are unable to activate AVG Internet Security in your PC. Please follow below instructions to activate in your PC:
1. Please open AVG Internet Security and click on "My AVG" icon at top right corner of it.
2. Then click on "My Subscriptions" icon in it. If you find your old license number there, please click on "Enter new license" and enter the new license number to complete the activation process.
3. Otherwise, if you find your email address there, then click on "Log out" option and then click on 'Remove license' option.
4. Please follow the 3rd step until you encounter "Enter license" option. Once you encounter "Enter license" option, please click on it and new license number and complete the activation process.
I also see that you have contacted our chat support team and it got disconnected. Hence our agent has sent follow up email to connect with additional technical support team. You can also use that email and connect with them. They will activate AVG Internet Security in your PC.
I have received an email telling me I must activate my license. The instructions are to open AVG, select Support and click on Reactivate. There is no "Reactivate" within the Support section. Please help.
