I renewed my subscription and paid extra for no hassle installation. The product was installed and now I am getting error messages telling me that I am no longer protected and that I need to reactivate my license. So I put in the license number I received in my email and I am told that it is the wrong format. Then I do the lost license procedure and it sends back the same license number, which the system tells me again is invalid. It looks to me like I have some type of temporary license when I paid for a full year. Please help.
