License Banned? Customer Support won't contact me despite ticket raised?

Kind of at a loss here?

My VPN license was banned 6 days ago and have no idea why? I raised a ticket and was advised I will contacted shortly. I have chased twice now and was told on both occasions that their senior team will contact me that day. Still nothing.

I am not getting the service I am paying for? Can someone please advise?
