In March of this year I renewed my subscription for AVG Tuneup (1-10 devices). I'm using a Laptop and a Desktop, Windows 7pro on both. Now yesterday, as I wanted to clean up my Desktop computer I receive a window requesting me to enter the renewal code. The code that I copied from my "Subscription page" was rejected. I did the last clean-up on my Desktop last week without any problems. Subsequently I started AVG Tuneup on my Laptop without any problems. On the Laptop I checked if the license code was the same and - yes- it is the same. Has anybody out there an idea what's going on?
