LICENSE ERROR - AVG does not recognize license

I need help. My AVG does not recognize my license, no matter WHAT I DO. I did the license fix many times, and it did not work. When I do enter my license, it says that it's valid, but when I activate it, my AVG just does not recognize it. My license does not expire til this November. Please help.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Upon reviewing the license number, it is for AVG Internet Security. Hence I request you to use it in AVG Internet Security and not in any other AVG product. Also, I request you not to post license number in public sites for security reason. Please feel free to contact us back for any further assistance. Thank you.

I actually don't remember which email address I even used when I purchased my AVG license years before anymore. I'll just post the license that doesn't work anymore:

Please note that license numbers are case sensitive. Please enter all the characters as it is mentioned above. All the characters are to be entered in Uppercase along with the hyphen symbol (-).
