I have received an AVG error message sayin that my mos recent license numbe cnnot be recognized by AVG. Through AVG llicense retrieval, I input the information support asked for and they returned an e-mail with my license number. I have input that license number from the e-mail into the AVG error notification form and it still does not recognize the license number. I have read some community blogs and people had reinstalled the program and still had the problem. I am on Windows 10 in case it makes a difference. Please advise me how I can remedy this situation. My current license expires 03/08/2017 so it is not expired.
