Hello, Scott. I am sorry that this is happening to you. You might have a new license number to use for the recent purchase. The easiest thing to do would be to go to the License Retrieval (Close-icon) link and get an email with your current licenses. Then you can activate what you have installed (| AVG) with the new license. - John
