Hello Daniel, upon checking your account details, looks like your previous license was purchased on 2013.7.19 and it got expired on 2015.7.17. So you do not have two subscriptions now. Please feel free to contact us back incase you've any questions. Thank you.

Hello,
This is a second attempt to contact AVG.
I received notice my license has expired.
Here is MY current information:.
Order number: 23922675
AVG Order reference number: 38-3214864
Invoice number 1902497290
Invoice date: 12-06-2014
Payment method PAYPAL-EXPRESS
1 AVG Internet Security 2014 1 computer (2 years) Electronic 0.0 84.99 1 84.99
Other information on your site clearly states that contract does not expire until 2016.
It would seem to me I have had two contracts at the same time.
Am I entitled to a refund based on that information?
Thank You in ADVANCE for your attention to this concern.

Hello Daniel. I apologize for the inconvenience caused. I just checked your records using your registered email address and I would like to confirm that you currently have one active license number for 'AVG Internet Security (1 computer)' purchased on 12 June 2014 and will be active till 12 June 2016. The other license number for AVG Internet Security (3 computers) has already expired on 17 July 2015 and so unfortunately it is not possible to request a refund for this license number. Please feel free to contact us back for any further assistance in activating your AVG program using the current license number. Thank you.
