License Expiry date not updated after renewal

I received a $64.99 charge on my visa and i did not order your product.  I need my money back and cancel my avg account

Due to synchronization issue with your Myaccount, AVG Internet Security Unlimited product didn't reflect in our database. We have escalated the case to the concern team to fix the issue. Once the issue is fixed, you will receive a confirmation email along with the installation steps.

I've just renewed AVG Internet Security 4 days ago and have received all the confirmation paperwork. After following the 'Active' button the new License Expires date hasn't changed. I'm being totally brushed off by the support people. Can anyone offer help?
