Let's work together to fix this.
Please open your AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My subscriptions. Click on Log out/Remove license until you get only two options "Log in to your AVG account" and 'Enter your license number". Please be informed that we need to completely remove the existing license to resolve this issue.
Once you get the Login option, please enter your AVG My account email ID and password and click OK to activate. Your AVG will be updated automatically and requests a restart. Please restart your PC and check if the activation is successful.

In my AVG account i payed till cecember 13 2019 But only computer and web protection not full.
I remove and installed the old one, but by the new one also the same protection not fore hackers ect… Whats goes wrong?
I log in log out by My AVG account nothing works !Under is reading in red till december 13 2019
