I have purchased the 2015 version and was given the new license key and did the 'Copy and Paste' method carefully 3 times now and it still says "License is not valid". The license number is mostly right, however it keeps dropping the last 4 digits when it shows the license after i hit "Reactivate". What am i doing wrong?
