Never mind I still don't know why it was doing that.
But after uninstalling each AVG component individually then shutting down my computer for a minute them reinstalling each AVG component individually and confirming installation with my AVG account it is back up and running.

Why do I get a 'License is not valid' notice even thou AVG License Retrieval states

License validity: 24
License expiration date: 2015-12-10
