I would request you to try removing the pre installed AVG traces using the AVG remover tool and try reinstalling the AVG Ultimate to resolve this issue. Refer this article : http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-uninstall-AVG to download and run your AVG remover tool. Once the tool is initiated , your PC will automatically reboots. After the restart, please check if a folder with name AVG Remover is created under C: and remove it . Once the program is uninstalled , click this link http://www.avg.com/us-en/download to download your AVG program, run the downloaded file to start the installation process and follow the instructions on your screen and complete the installation. I purchased AVG Ultimate from Best Buy, installed it on my desktop works fine. I bought a new desktop all in one, installed it and am now receiving error messages about license key is not valid. How do I get a new license key to avoid these error messages. Subscription does not expire until March, don't want to renew until then. Thank you, A Bruns
