If it is, please note that the last 4 characters of the license are truncated for security reasons. I have sent the full license number to your registered email address. I purchased AVG protection for 2 computers and it does not expire until January, 2018. However, the second computer is now showing NO PROTECTION and the old, expired license key. When I put in the current license key, I get a message that that number is incomplete. However, I copied and pasted that number from AVG's correspondence and have quadruple-checked it. It IS the correct number, but the site is not accepting it. Now what?
