Hi all,
I had purchased the 2014 AVG internet security last year Jan. It expired this year, obviously. Yesterday, I purchased the AVG Ultimate 2015 product (contains AVG Protection and Tune Up). I registered my product and tried installing it. However, here is my problem: a box comes up with a message stating "AVG is not able to recognise your license number". I went onto the AVG website, to the license retrieval page - they sent me an e-mail with my license number, only the license number is expired. What do I do? Shouldn't I have been given a new license number with my new product?
