You have bought AVG Ultimate which can be activated in your Android device too.
If you have free version of both AVG Antivirus and Cleaner installed in your Android mobile, open the app and Go to ☰ Menu → AVG Account.
Tap Login with email and then Login to AVG Account using the email that was used during your purchase.
Check whether it activates to PRO.

I have purchased AVG for my PC, but it has advertised that mobiles are included under this license. I cannot activate the pruduct on my mobile.
