We apologize to hear that you are experiencing issues with your AVG. We would request you to run the AVG remover tool to remove AVG completely from your PC and re install it using offline installation file based on your OS ( 32 bit or 64 bit).

To run remover tool, please visit http://www.avg.com/tools#tba2 and click on "AVG Remover" to download the remover tool and run it on your PC. It will ask you to select which product you would like to uninstall. Please select "AVG Protection" and follow the setup instructions to uninstall AVG. Once the tool is run, your PC will automatically reboots. After the restart, please check if a folder with name AVG Remover is created under C:\ and remove it.

Since yesterdag my AVG internet security doesn't recognize my license number anymore. I have to register every five minutes. I tried to delete AVG to install it again, but it is not possible to de-install (firewall problem).
My license is fine and active, but not on my computer anymore…
Help me!

Please visit this webpage http://www.avg.com/ww-en/download.prd-isc to download the offline installation file.
Run the downloaded file to start the installation process.
Follow the instructions on your screen.
When prompted, enter your AVG license number. The license number is sent automatically to your e-mail once purchased.
Complete the installation and restart your computer.
