License number not recognized anymore

My license number is not recognized anymore. The anti virus program is not activ anymore.
I get no support from AVG. How can I solve the problem? I have a license until july 2017

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Are you getting any popup from AVG saying as "AVG LICENSE ERROR" and asks you to enter license number and once entered it says it is not recognized?
