Trotz meiner Eingabe vom 11.06.2020 mit dem Hinweis, dass meine Lizenz aus Kulanzgründen bis Nov. 2020 verlängert wurde (s.u.), erhalte ich heute eine Belastung über 34,99 €. Ich bitte um Überprüfung und Gutschrift.
in einem Schriftwechsel am 15.05.2020 (support@help.avg.com, Dennis Franke) habe ich eine Lizenz unter (code removed) mit Laufzeit bis Nov. 2020 aus Kulanzgründen erhalten. Insofern bin ich verunsichert, dass meine Lizenz bereits am 25.07.2020 auslaufen soll. Ich bitte um Überprüfung.
