License Reactivation

Hello David,

The e-mail you received is an automated one which we send to our customers after each renewal. Please ignore it as you have successfully activated the subscription.

Have been asked to activate/reactivate license within 30 days of purchase, but 'My AVG' already shows this as activated and that i am 'protected'! Email from AVG says :-

 Open AVG.

 Click on Support in the top menu, then Reactivate.

 Enter your license number and select Activate.

However, there are no such options on my AVG screen. 

Any help would be appreciated.

We are here to help you. You have received instruction to activate our old version of AVG Internet Security.
Please open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription and look for the expiry date. If the expiry date is not 12/30/2020, click on enter license number/enter new license number to activate it.

Yes, it shows the correct expiry date.

Are you getting the activation message in the AVG interface?

If you still face the same issue, please provide us the screenshot.

The original request came via email, but my AVG interface has always said that I am Fully Protected. This is what I found confusing!
